As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Campaign Management: Oversee and execute paid and organic digital campaigns from ideation through execution and reporting.
• SEO & SEM: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, manage PPC campaigns, and optimize for search rankings and click-through rates.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage social media presence and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce relevant, high-quality content for web, email, and social channels.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and optimize future efforts.
• Email Marketing: Oversee end-to-end email campaigns, from list segmentation to content creation and performance tracking.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Creative) to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets across digital marketing channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with proven success in strategy development, campaign management, and team collaboration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• SEO & SEM Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with SEO, PPC, and content optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative digital marketing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: Google Analytics Certification, Facebook Blueprint, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Advanced Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and A/B testing methodologies.
