As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create strategies that align with our business goals and increase our online presence. The ideal candidate understands current digital marketing tools and strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Analyze and evaluate digital marketing trends and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Content Marketing:
• Create and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community.
• SEO/SEM:
• Manage SEO and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lead nurturing.
• Analyze email performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other digital metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development basics.
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?42,525.25 per month
