Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, creating comprehensive training materials, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various digital marketing topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics, and more.
• Adapt training methods and materials to meet the needs of different learning styles and experience levels.
• Curriculum Development:
• Develop, update, and improve digital marketing training programs and materials.
• Create practical exercises, case studies, and assessments to enhance the learning experience.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Assess trainees' knowledge and skills through exams, quizzes, and practical assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help trainees improve their digital marketing skills.
• Industry Awareness:
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
• Incorporate the latest best practices and trends into the training programs.
• Mentoring and Support:
• Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to trainees as needed.
• Assist trainees in developing their digital marketing portfolios and projects.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the training team to ensure consistency and quality across all training programs.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to bring real-world insights into the classroom.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of [1] years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proven experience in a training or teaching role, preferably in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
