The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, marketing strategies, and optimization techniques. They will be skilled at conveying complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.Key Responsibilities :Develop Training Materials : Create and update training modules, presentations, and resources that cover the latest trends and best practices in SMO and SMM.Conduct Training Sessions : Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for individuals and groups.Evaluate Training Effectiveness : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements.Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest developments in social media platforms, tools, and strategies to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.Provide Support : Offer one-on-one coaching and support to learners, answering questions, and providing guidance on real-world applications of SMO and SMM strategies.Collaborate : Work closely with the curriculum development team to align training materials for compnay products and services.Mentor Learners : Foster a supportive learning environment and mentor learners to help them achieve their career aspirations in digital marketing.Evaluate Learning Outcomes : Track and analyze learner progress and provide feedback to ensure successful skill acquisition.Qualifications :Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SMO and SMM.
