The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching digital marketing concepts and techniques, with a passion for mentoring and developing aspiring digital marketers. This role involves conducting online classes, creating course materials, and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Online Classes: Deliver engaging and interactive digital marketing courses via online platforms, ensuring students achieve their learning objectives.
Course Development: Design and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments, to ensure they are current and relevant.
Mentoring and Support: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to understand complex concepts and apply practical skills in real-world scenarios.
Assessments: Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating these into the curriculum.
Collaborate: Work with the curriculum development team to enhance the course content and ensure it meets industry standards.
Technical Setup: Ensure a smooth technical setup for online classes, including familiarity with various online teaching tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketing trainer.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing are preferred.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
