:

Are you passionate about digital marketing and have a knack for teaching? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Trainer with a 360 understanding of digital marketing and at least 1 year of experience in training. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other key digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on various digital marketing topics
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and course content to keep up with industry trends and best practices.
• Practical Exercises: Create and oversee practical exercises and real-world projects that help trainees apply their learning and develop hands-on skills.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments, quizzes, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve and achieve their learning goals.
• Personalised Support: Offer personalised guidance and mentorship to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and enhance their understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Industry Updates: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to ensure training content is relevant and cutting-edge.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers, instructional designers, and the management team to continuously improve the training program.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and report on training outcomes to the management team.

Qualifications:

• 360 knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing training.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of all levels.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Proficiency in Malayalam & English.
