Design & Develop Training Modules:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate (preferably female) will have extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, combined with strong training and instructional skills. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to students, professionals, and corporate teams, ensuring they gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging and comprehensive training materials, including presentations, case studies, real-world projects, and assessments on topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, PPC, content marketing, and web analytics.
• Continuously update the training curriculum to reflect the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
Conduct Training Sessions:
• Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training sessions in digital marketing for various groups (students, professionals, and corporate clients).
• Ensure all participants gain practical knowledge and are able to apply digital marketing techniques in real-world scenarios.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars on specific digital marketing topics.
Mentorship & Support:
• Provide one-on-one guidance, mentorship, and support to trainees to help them complete projects, certifications, and real-world challenges.
• Offer constructive feedback and ensure continuous learning progress for trainees.
Assess & Evaluate Trainees:
• Monitor trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks.
• Provide detailed feedback and report progress to trainees, recommending areas for improvement.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing, emerging tools, and best practices.
• Integrate new strategies, tools, and technologies into the training programs.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand the company's services/products and align training content to ensure relevance.
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject-matter experts to ensure consistency and high quality across all training programs.

• Mobile Marketing (ASO, mobile ad networks)
• Digital Strategy & Planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing with in-depth knowledge in all major areas (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, analytics, etc.).
• Proven experience as a digital marketing trainer or consultant with the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Ability to create interactive learning materials and simulations.
• Experience working in different industries and understanding varied digital marketing needs across sectors.
• Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
• Google, HubSpot, or any other relevant digital marketing certifications are highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous training experience in a corporate or educational environment.
• Experience in training both in-person and online, using digital tools like Zoom, MS Teams, or other webinar platforms.
• A portfolio of training materials or certifications you have developed.
