Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer Company: Unisoft Technologies : We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training sessions to individuals and groups interested in mastering digital marketing concepts and techniques. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed training curriculum and materials on digital marketing topics, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
- Provide personalized coaching and support to participants to enhance their understanding and application of digital marketing strategies.
- Evaluate participant performance and progress through assessments, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the needs and objectives of the target audience.
- Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to attract participants and increase enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the training department by actively participating in team meetings, professional development activities, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or professional certifications in digital marketing are preferred.
- Proven experience working in digital marketing roles, hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing software, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or presentations, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed, with a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and expertise in digital marketing.
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
