Position: Digital Marketing Strategist/Specialist

Location: St Johns Road, Bangalore (near Commercial Street)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist/Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance online visibility, increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads & sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use analytics to optimize digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Implementation:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

2. SEO & SEM:

Develop and Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, visibility, traffic, and leads/sales through search engines.

Set-up, manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.

3. Content Marketing:

Oversee content creation (blogs, social media posts, eBooks, whitepapers, etc.) that drives engagement.

Implement content marketing strategies to support lead generation, sales and brand awareness.

4. Social Media Marketing:

Develop, set-up, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Analyze social media performance and adjust tactics to improve engagement, reach, and leads/sales.

5. Email Marketing and WhatsApp:

Design and execute targeted campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future campaigns.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track campaign performance and website traffic.

Provide detailed reports on digital marketing activities and ROI, and suggest optimizations.

7. Paid Advertising (PPC, Display, Social Ads):

Set-up, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels.

Monitor budgets, ad spends, and performance metrics to ensure efficient ad delivery and maximum ROI.

8. Collaborative Campaign Management:

Work closely with the client and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with products/services offerings.

Provide input for creative/content assets (graphics, video, etc.) and ensure they meet campaign objectives.

9. Lead Generation, Sales and Conversion Optimization:

Implement lead generation and sales strategies using landing pages, lead magnets, forms, etc.

Continuously optimize the user journey to increase conversions through A/B testing and analytics.

10. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and conduct competitor analysis to ensure the clients remains competitive.

Analyse market trends and audience preferences to refine digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, in both strategic and execution roles.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Platforms, and other digital marketing tools.

Proficient in paid search and display advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).

Excellent knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot) and CRM tools.

Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work across teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.

Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.

Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
