Overview: The Operations Strategy and Planning Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with the agency\'s long-term goals. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the agency. Responsibilities: Conducting market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes. Developing strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership. Analyzing and presenting data to support strategic decision-making. Leading initiatives to explore and capitalize on new business opportunities. Coordinating with department heads to align operational strategies with organizational goals. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives. Qualification: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. A master\'s degree would be a plus. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the digital public relations domain preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of PR principles, digital platforms, and industry trends, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Work Timings: 10:00 am to 6:30pm
