Company: RedBuyers LTD is a technology-based real estate company. We have been a prominent brokerage in the real estate industry for the last 18 years. Our company is growing, and we are searching for individuals who wish to grow with us. We are starting our Digital Marketing team. We are looking for a motivated, result-driven, professional Digital Marketing Strategist with strategy implementation capabilities. : This Digital Marketing role is responsible for developing effective marketing plans, generating strong buyer and seller leads, coordinating with our team members, managing an expansive CRM tool, and allocating leads to the on-field team. Demonstrates strong self-management and intrinsic motivation to produce impactful results independently, with the autonomy to utilize their full range of skills for the betterment of the organization. Develop and implement marketing strategies to create result-based success and beat the competition through effective monitoring of data, web traffic, and other key metrics. Manage KPIs, ROIs, budgets, and all digital marketing channels pertaining to the business. Suggest measures of improvement and motivate the team to achieve the goals & objectives. Ability to lead discussions with internal and external leadership. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices. Knowledgeable in setting up and maintaining Facebook Pixel. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. Experience with SEO and SEM strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills. Requirements: Superior communication skills (Fluent in English). Min 4-years of professional experience in the digital marketing field. Leadership and team management capabilities. Graduated from a reputed college /institute. Ability to identify growth opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. Able to work late-shift 6 pm - 2 am Individuals who can begin working immediately are preferred. Expected monthly salary 30,000 - 55,000 INR
