Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across various channels to achieve our marketing objectives. This includes increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to our website, and generating leads and sales. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website ranking.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate reports to track progress and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., sales, design) to achieve marketing goals.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data and track campaign performance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and a passion for developing engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SemRush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS like WordPress, Shopify, Big Commerce) a plus.
