Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building and content optimization.
WordPress Management:
Manage and update the company's WordPress website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Conduct regular website backend checkups to ensure security, speed, and functionality.
Collaborate with the content team to upload and optimize new content.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the WordPress site.
Google Ads:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Google Analytics:
Set up and maintain Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing strategies.
Create regular reports to communicate findings and progress to the management team.
Meta (Facebook) Advertising:
Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Optimize ad targeting and creative to maximize engagement and conversions.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
AI Tools and Technologies:
Leverage AI tools to enhance digital marketing efforts, such as chatbots, personalized content, and predictive analytics.
Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta advertising.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies in the context of digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
