We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost conversions. You will work across various platforms and channels, leveraging analytics and creativity to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and determine the best digital channels to reach them.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
• Optimize paid search, display advertising, and social media ads for maximum ROI.
• Content Creation:
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging and SEO-friendly content.
• Oversee the creation of blogs, videos, graphics, and social media posts.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor and improve website traffic and rankings through regular audits and optimizations.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track and measure campaign performance.
• Create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage social media accounts and engage with the community to build a loyal audience.
• Stay updated with trends and integrate new strategies for growth.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions for continuous improvement.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and industry best practices.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to inform strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Certifications (preferred):
• Google Ads Certification
• Facebook Blueprint Certification
• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,913.12 - ?20,000.00 per month
