We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will involve strategizing and executing digital campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and ultimately help grow our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Strategy Development:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), email marketing, and display advertising.
• Content Creation & Optimization:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, engaging content (blogs, social media posts, email templates, etc.). Optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach and engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for optimization.
• Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and running paid social media campaigns.
• Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, A/B test subject lines and content, segment lists, and analyze performance metrics.
• SEO & SEM Management:
Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, link building, and technical SEO. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and optimize for better performance and ROI.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts.
• Stay Updated on Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and social media marketing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience 4+ years in digital marketing, preferably within Automobile industry, e-commerce, technology.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager), and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and website analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools.
• Experience in video marketing and paid social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
