Role & responsibilities
Tender Palm Super Speciality Hospital seeks a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization Specialist (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEM) and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The SEO/SEM & SMM Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing our website to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, generate leads organically, and handle and manage social media accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO/SEM best practices, search engine algorithms, strategies for ranking improvement, lead/revenue generation, and managing & and optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize ROI.
Preferred candidate profile
SEO:
• Perform keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for our website content.
• Conduct on-page optimization, optimizing meta tags, headers, and content for targeted keywords.
• Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies like link building and outreach to improve website authority and rankings.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for content optimization and lead generation enhancement.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Analyze website traffic and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with other marketing team members to integrate SEO strategies with other marketing initiatives.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the search landscape.
SEM:
• Build, optimize and scale effective digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition across major Ad-platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience for the Ad conversions
• Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
• Any degree is considerable.
• Min 4 + Years of experience in digital agencies/web marketing companies is a must.
Skillset & Work Knowledge
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & Photoshop
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Experience with website optimization techniques, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page strategies.
• Must be Google AdWords certified. Should have deep knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Facebook & Instagram, Bing, etc.)
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
• Strong knowledge and In-depth understanding of Advanced Excel and Google Analytics
• Should have handled a minimum advertising budget of 3-10 lakhs/month

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Graduate with good command of English Language
