Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to promote our educational programs and services. The role requires expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
• Optimize content for the website and social media platforms to ensure it is SEO-friendly.
• Analyze the success of digital campaigns through Google Analytics, tracking conversion rates, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Coordinate email marketing efforts, including the development and distribution of newsletters and promotional content.
• Research and monitor competitor marketing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create appealing visuals, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Provide monthly reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM.
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp) and CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the education sector or familiarity with marketing educational services.
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating visual content.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
