About Us :

Astro Kids is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 5 years of experience to elevate our brand presence. You'll develop and execute creative digital campaigns, optimize our online strategies, and help us connect with parents looking for unique, personalized parenting solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with Astro Kids's business objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing content that resonates with our mission and brand tone.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences, and behaviors.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize campaign reach, engagement, and conversions.

What You Will Do:

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, email, social, and display), ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Experiment with targeting approaches and messaging, backed by well-defined hypotheses, and measure performance against set KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging and impactful marketing assets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Use tracking tools and analytics to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize strategies.
• Play an active role in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), ensuring targeted promotion to the right audiences with the right message.
• Identify critical user conversion points and optimize user funnels for better engagement and retention.
• Propose and implement strategic improvements to campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in Astro Kids campaigns.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns with proven results in driving engagement and conversions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity and strategic thinking to design innovative campaigns aligned with Astro Kids' mission and values.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, and web analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns, A/B testing, and multivariate experiments.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) for campaign performance monitoring and optimization.
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and implement actionable strategies.
