Job description Role & responsibilities 1. Developing Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and demographics for different properties or projects.
- Create engaging content for various digital channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Manage the company\'s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop creative and engaging social media campaigns to promote properties and engage with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from potential clients.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with clients.
- Segment email lists based on demographics, preferences, and past interactions.
- Analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
- Manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Allocate budget effectively and monitor campaign performance to achieve desired results.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
