Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team at M.A.J Technologies. In this full-time, UK shift-based role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our engineering, IT, and energy businesses, as well as offering digital marketing services to our clients. You will play a key role in promoting our brand, building a strong digital presence, and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads across our engineering, IT, and energy sectors.
• Create and manage successful marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase brand visibility.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to convert leads into long-term customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels to drive lead generation.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and maximize conversion rates.
• Take ownership of all digital marketing activities, ensuring campaigns are on time and within budget.
• Develop creative marketing content and concepts to increase brand recognition and attract potential clients.
• Contribute to building a solid online presence and reputation for the company and our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and analytics tools.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for building brands and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in B2B marketing, especially for engineering, IT, or energy sectors, is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Analytical and data-driven with the ability to optimize marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with digital marketing for client-based services.
• Knowledge of PPC advertising, affiliate marketing, and other lead generation strategies.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page strategies.
