DIGITAL MARKETING ROLE:
To handle SEO (eCom Product Meta Tags) | SEM | SOCIAL Ads | Create a Content Strategy & Guide the team to get the output.
As our Digital Marketer, he/she needs to manage On-page/Off-Page | Adwords | LinkedIn | Instagram | Ads, you will report to the Director and own the SEO | SEM | Social & Content strategy to deliver visibility and traffic growth. You will be responsible for developing requirements & project plans and promoting them within the business. As the go-to person for tech/off-page SEO knowledge, you will be working closely with developers, UX/design, content teams and making sure every opportunity is taken to improve rankings and conversions from across the digital channel.
ABOUT YOU:
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with technical & off-page SEO as a key area of focus
• Expert level of technical & off-page SEO knowledge
• Good knowledge of ADWORD, SEO, SOCIAL, Content best practices and how algorithm updates impact rankings
• Track record of delivering traffic growth of websites
• Working knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS
• Experience with website crawling tools such as Screaming Frog and DeepCrawl
• Good knowledge of marketing research & project management tools: Jira, Basecamp, etc. And, data tool like Search Console, Analytics, Searchmetrics, SEMrush
• Ability to prioritize stories and tickets based on impact to the business
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics)
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Own and develop the SEM | Content | Social | technical & off-page SEO roadmap
• Build strong working relationship with developers, content, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO is at the forefront of what we do as a business
• Perform technical SEO|SEM|SOCIAL audits of the website campaigns to identify issues, implement and validate fixes
• Own and develop SEO|SEM|SOCIAL functional requirements and supporting documentation
• Set up and manage SEO|SEM|SOCIAL site health monitoring dashboards
• Analyze organic & paid search data to identify opportunities for growth, monitor competitor activity and measure optimisation outcomes
• If req - Work with our external agency partner and SEO software providers to supplement in-house SEO|SEM|SOCIAL knowledge and resource
• Own technical & off-page SEO training process for relevant in-house teams
• Stay up to date with SEO|SEM|SOCIAL|CONTENT industry updates and adjust the in-house development strategy accordingly
