We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, particularly in the real estatesector. The candidate should be adept at leveraging various online platforms andtools to create engaging campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the real estate industry.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for digital growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Optimize property listings for search engines to attract qualified leads.
• Create compelling and relevant content for the real estate audience, including blog posts, social media updates, and video content.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging property descriptions, virtual tours, and promotional material.
• Manage and grow social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay ahead of the curve.
• Design and implement effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on real estate.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with real estate software and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
