1) Understand funnels and experience drafting and executing digital marketing strategies for campaigns( brand awareness, conversions etc) 2) Skilled at Audience research, audience building and ad creation. 3) Develop, Manage, and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook/Insta, Google, You Tube, LinkedIn Ad campaigns. 4) Set up and regularly confirm accurate tracking on all ad platforms; ensure proper UTM tagging for all ads (per standardized naming conventions) 5) Experience utilizing and customizing Google Analytics / Google Data Studio. Comfortable with full range of Google products from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. 6) Test ad copy, landing pages, and workflows that might impact the customer journey. 7) Optimize new & and existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS - both short and long-term. 8) Research and execute important aspects of campaign builds. Such as keyword research, ad copy drafting, audience research, audience building, ad creation, website research, account structure, etc. 9) Experienced in managing minimum spends of 4-5lac INR per month. 10) Identify new opportunities to increase conversions regularly. 11) Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in platform policies, algorithms, strategies, trends, design tools and applications Good to Have: Experience on platforms such as Tik tok, Twitter, Quora, Reddit etc Experience working with CRM platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce etc Experience creating landing pages using tools like Swipepages, Unbounce etc Experience using Canva, Photoshop, other image and video editors
