Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services. The role requires someone who is highly creative, analytical, and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate quality leads while maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search engines (SEO/SEM), email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• SEO & SEM Optimization: Analyze and optimize website and content for SEO to improve organic search rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
• Content Strategy: Work closely with the content team to create engaging, shareable content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos) for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., website traffic, conversions, click-through rates) using tools like Google Analytics. Provide recommendations for improvement.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Create effective strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects into leads, customers, and advocates.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize budgets across different channels to ensure maximum ROI.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers) to align marketing strategies and goals.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends, digital tools, and technologies to stay competitive in the market.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMrush, Moz, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• SEO/SEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) practices.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify insights to improve digital marketing performance.
• Content Creation Skills: Experience in creating content for various digital platforms (e.g., blogs, social media, email).
• Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative strategies to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upper Hand in SEO
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
