Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in executing and leading digital marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across various channels, optimizing campaigns, and leading a team to ensure all initiatives align with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development and Execution:
+ Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple online channels.
+ Plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), SEO, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
+ Analyze the market landscape, target audience, and industry trends to inform digital strategies.
• Campaign Management and Optimization:
+ Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels, to ensure maximum ROI.
+ Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience preferences.
+ Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
+ Manage A/B testing and other optimization methods to improve campaign performance continuously.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
+ Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns.
+ Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
+ Work with other departments like sales, product, and customer service to align marketing strategies and ensure seamless execution.
• Analytics and Reporting:

• Budget Management:
+ Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources across channels to achieve desired results.
+ Maintain accurate records of spend, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget and achieve KPIs.
• SEO & Content Strategy:
+ Oversee the execution of on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and improve search engine rankings.
+ Develop content strategies that align with brand goals, targeting customer needs, and optimizing for SEO.
+ Ensure that content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for different platforms.
• Customer Retention and Growth:
+ Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through email marketing, content, and social media.
+ Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to customer journeys and enhance the user experience.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company's digital marketing strategy competitive.
+ Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 7-8 years of digital marketing experience with proven expertise in running campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
• Leadership: Experience leading and managing a team of digital marketers or cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis and using insights to improve marketing performance and ROI.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain strategies and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing (depending on the company's target audience).
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
