Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify target audiences, create buyer personas, and develop customer segmentation strategies. \xe2\x97\x8f Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. 2. Agency Handling : Manage Online Presence and Branding: \xe2\x97\x8fCollaborate with the creative team, agencies, and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns and assets. \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee the organization\'s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels through the agency \xe2\x97\x8f Agency Monitor and manage the company\'s website, blog, social media accounts, and other online properties. \xe2\x97\x8f Optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of digital assets to drive engagement and conversions. \xe2\x97\x8f Content Marketing and SEO: o Develop and oversee content marketing strategies, including content creation, distribution, and promotion. o Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve organic search rankings. o Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels. 3. Drive Lead Generation: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified leads and grow the customer base. \xe2\x97\x8f Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and lead capture forms to increase conversion rates. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. 4. Conduct Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: \xe2\x97\x8f Utilize digital analytics tools to analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and report on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and return on investment (ROI). \xe2\x97\x8f Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize digital marketing strategies. 6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: \xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals. 7. Budget Management: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending for maximum ROI. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and control costs related to digital marketing campaigns, tools, platforms, and advertising. 8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: \xe2\x97\x8f Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. \xe2\x97\x8f Continuously evaluate and recommend new digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 9. Team Leadership and Development: \xe2\x97\x8f Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. \xe2\x97\x8f Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. 10. Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management: \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and respond to online reviews, customer feedback, and social media conversations to maintain and enhance brand reputation. \xe2\x97\x8f Implement strategies to manage and mitigate any potential brand reputation risks. Good to have skills:- 1. Developing BTL Marketing Strategies: \xe2\x97\x8fCreate and implement below-the-line marketing strategies that complement the overall marketing objectives and brand positioning. This includes identifying target audiences, understanding their preferences, and determining the most effective BTL marketing channels and tactics. EXPERIENCE:- \xe2\x97\x8fMaximum 8 years of experience in Online Marketing & Business
Development. \xe2\x97\x8f Preferable- 4 Years in Digital marketing. QUALIICATIONS:- \xe2\x97\x8fGraduate or Postgraduate in any Discipline. ADDITIONAL SKILLS:- \xe2\x97\x8fMicrosoft Office Suite and CRM software Exposure, Marketing (online & Offline) tools and Marketing automation exposure. Compensation: \xe2\x97\x8fGood salary in the market. \xe2\x97\x8fPhone Reimbursement. \xe2\x97\x8fProvident Fund. \xe2\x97\x8fPerformance based Incentives.
