Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Work from Mohali, Punjab Office

Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Experience: Minimum 4 years in Digital Marketing preferred

The ideal candidate should possess a sound knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO techniques, and campaign execution on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and mass mailing. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive our online presence and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
• Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
• Create and oversee digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including mass mailings and drip campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights
• to make improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Manage the budget for digital marketing initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for
• optimization.
• Stay current with industry best practices, guidelines, and regulations.

• Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, campaign execution, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in SEO strategies and optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with email marketing software and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-
• driven decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
• teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a night shift schedule.
• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
