We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, driving brand growth, and achieving business goals through digital channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies to optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, and design) to align marketing efforts.
• Campaign Management
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, ROI, and CPA.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
• SEO/SEM
• Drive organic traffic growth through SEO strategies, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimizations.
• Manage paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Social Media Management
• Oversee social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand presence.
• Develop content calendars, create content, and manage posting schedules.
• Content Marketing
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality blog posts, videos, and infographics.
• Ensure content aligns with audience needs and company goals.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track campaign performance.
• Generate regular reports detailing KPIs, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure the team delivers quality results.
• Budget Management
• Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
• Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
• Design and implement lead-generation strategies to drive qualified leads.
• Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in digital marketing platforms/tools is a plus
