We\'re seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this night shift role (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM), you\'ll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Create engaging and informative blog posts and website content
- Design eye-catching social media graphics using Canva
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales) to achieve marketing goals
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Proven understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles
- Experience with social media marketing (SMM) platforms and strategies
- Experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook Ads) and Google Ads
- Excellent content writing skills for blogs and website content
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with video editing or social media video creation
