Digital marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
• Time-Bound Execution: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic ad networks) with strict adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Target-Driven Performance: Develop and implement strategies to achieve lead and revenue targets while optimizing campaigns for conversion rates and ROI.
• Innovative Campaign Management: Collaborate with the content, SEO, and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify and test new lead generation channels and opportunities to expand reach and impact.
• AI Adoption & Learning: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to integrate Intelous's AI/Third-party AI tools into campaigns and gain hands-on experience with innovative AI solutions for marketers.
• Manage multi-channel advertising efforts, including retargeting, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives and team workflows.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in lead generation and managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic advertising platforms, and retargeting strategies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Skills:
• Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display advertising.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and reporting dashboards for campaign tracking.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, performance optimization, and retargeting strategies.
• Ability to create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign performance.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems for lead nurturing.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization (preferred but not mandatory).
• Adaptability to learn and work with innovative AI tools and automation solutions.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
