Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. You will primarily focus on leveraging Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO techniques to maximize our online presence and attract qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve lead generation goals.
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to target specific audience segments and maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and improve website visibility on search engines.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to track campaign performance and user behavior.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and conversion-oriented ad copy and landing pages.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including key metrics and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
• Proficiency in running Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
