Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This full-time role will be based at our office in Dhanbad, where you will play a key role in enhancing the company's digital presence and driving marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Plan and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze data using web analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Create and manage online marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure marketing objectives are met.
• Leverage SEO and SEM techniques to increase website traffic and rankings.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Online Marketing practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Sound knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) methodologies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.

• Must own a laptop for work.
• Previous experience in digital marketing roles is preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: ?8,000 - ?10,000 per month , depending on experience and qualifications.
