Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Additionally, this role includes optimizing our website for search engines and managing our online reputation. Key Responsibilities:Paid Advertising:
Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google AdWords.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage budgets and forecast marketing campaign growth.
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
Collaborate with influencers on different social media platforms to execute effective marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and content creators according to campaign requirements.
Identify and reach out to potential influencers, building relationships and partnerships.
Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns on Google AdWords (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads to effectively reach target audiences.
Perform thorough market research to identify audience segments, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends for each platform.
Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, ad placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance continuously.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently, allocating resources to high-performing campaigns and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
Produce regular reports and presentations showcasing campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
