Digital Marketing Specialist (Election Campaign Specialist)

Location: Ballabgarh, Faridabad

Salary: 1.5lakh (20-37k per month) & Food + Accommodation provided

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing and executing digital marketing strategies for political campaigns or similar high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and engagement of political campaigns.

• Manage social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content that resonates with diverse demographics.

• Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising tools to maximize reach and effectiveness of campaign messages.

• Collaborate with campaign strategists to create compelling digital content, including videos, graphics, and written materials.

• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, especially those relevant to political campaigning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific experience in political campaigns highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.

• Proficient in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and campaign management software.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing political landscapes.
