: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our esteemed Salesforce consulting company. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, and promote our Salesforce consulting services. You will play a key role in leveraging various digital channels to reach our target audience, engage prospects, and build meaningful relationships. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices in the Salesforce consulting industry.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for digital campaigns, including ad copy, landing page copy, blog posts, and social media posts.
• Optimize digital campaigns for lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and other relevant metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and optimize our presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and distribute compelling content that supports digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with web developers and designers to ensure optimal user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) on our website and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and apply them to our marketing strategies.
• Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to streamline campaigns and track lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, marketing automation systems, and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with optimizing website content for search engines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Pardot or Marketing Cloud, is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
