Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Sector 37-C Chandigarh Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office, 6 days per week) : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO and SEM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Key Responsibilities: SEO and SEM Management: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to improve search engine visibility. Manage and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms. Monitor and analyse SEM performance metrics to optimize ad spend and campaign effectiveness. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality content that aligns with SEO strategies. Ensure content is keyword-rich, engaging, and conversion-focused. Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to monitor site performance. Prepare and present regular reports on SEO and SEM campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall digital marketing strategies. Competitor Analysis: Perform regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the web development team to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented. Coordinate with social media, email marketing, and other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest SEO and SEM trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously test and refine SEO and SEM strategies to achieve maximum ROI. Qualifications Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM. Proven track record of managing successful SEO and SEM campaigns. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Proficiency in PPC management and bid optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
