Civilstap Himachal is hiring 1 knowledgeable and ambitious digital marketing professional to lead our paid campaigns function to support our growth strategy.*Role profile*1.Identifying target audiences, and developing 360 marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels such as experience of creating landing page, lead page, wish pond, tracking tools, optimisation tools.
2.Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, with sales teams.
3.Designing and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google search, and Columbia ad network.
4.Creating and executing innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product adoption.
5.Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
6.Planning and managing our social media platforms.
7.Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
8.Coordinating with sale's experts to improve marketing results.
9.Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
10.Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
11.Manage the implementation of the strategy for website and SEO optimisation.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per yearSchedule:
