:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Additionally, you will play a key role in generating leads through social media platforms and managing our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads through social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook Ads).
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Experience in managing Amazon Ads campaigns and optimizing product listings.
- Experience in creating and managing Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads) campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies through social media platforms.
- Proven experience in creating and managing social media content.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
