Requirements
-Proven working experience in digital marketing.
-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
-Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
-Experience as a social media manager or similar role for Minimum 1 year.
-Experience in creating social media strategies.
-Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LikedIn, Pinterest, etc.
-Excellent written communication skills.
Job responsibilities
-Day-to-day management of online campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, videos, etc.
-Creating monthly analytical reports.
-Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
-Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
-Analysing and reporting on the effects of publications.
-Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns.
-Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices & technologies
-Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels (LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, Insta, etc.)
-Manage a budget for social media activities.
-Use analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.
-Creating monthly analytical reports.
-Planning and executing tasks as per the deadline.
