Job Title: App Marketing Specialist (AOS)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven App Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that boost app visibility, downloads, and user activity across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• User Acquisition & Growth : Plan and execute effective user acquisition campaigns across channels like Google Play Store, Apple App Store, social media, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram).
• App Store Optimization (ASO) : Optimize app store listings (keywords, descriptions, screenshots, etc.) to increase visibility, improve rankings, and drive more organic downloads.
• Content Strategy : Develop and manage marketing content (videos, blogs, social posts, etc.) to build app awareness and engagement.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Monitor and analyze app performance metrics (installs, user retention, active users, etc.), and adjust campaigns accordingly to improve results and ROI.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the product, design, and development teams to align marketing strategies with app features and updates.
• Influencer & Partnership Marketing : Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other app promotion channels.
• Paid Campaigns : Plan and manage budget for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring that they are aligned with key business objectives and deliver maximum ROI.
• User Retention & Engagement : Develop strategies to increase user retention through in-app engagement tools like push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app messaging.
• Market Research : Keep up to date with the latest trends in app marketing and mobile user behavior to stay competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in app marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of app store ecosystems and best practices for App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar platforms for app performance tracking.
• Proficiency in paid media management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Familiarity with mobile app tracking tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch.
• Knowledge of the app development process.
