Job Description

The Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist is responsible for improving the company\xe2\x80\x99s online visibility and driving traffic through organic SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns. This role involves on-site and off-page SEO activities, managing PPC campaigns, and coordinating with external SEO partners.Key Responsibilities:1.SEO Strategy Implementation: Execute and manage on-site and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. This includes keyword optimization, backlink building, and content creation.2.Paid Advertising Management: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor ROI and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.3.Website Management: Conduct regular website audits to ensure technical SEO compliance and optimal performance. Collaborate with web developers and external SEO agencies to address any issues.4.Content Development: Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed. This includes optimizing blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.5.Performance Tracking: Use tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Keywords Planner to track and report on SEO and ad campaign performance. Regularly update the team on progress and opportunities for improvement.Requirements1.SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of on-site and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, back linking, and content optimization.2.PPC Management: Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on ROI.3.Analytics: Proficiency in using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Keywords Planner for performance tracking and reporting.4.Content Strategy: Ability to develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO objectives.5.Technical SEO: Knowledge of website technical aspects, including site audits, speed optimization, and mobile-friendliness.6.Collaboration: Ability to work with web developers, content creators, and external SEO agencies to achieve SEO goals.Benefits1.
