Soft Tech Digi Media, a global leader in digital marketing, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and fostering relationships with existing ones. Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, clients visits, and networking. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative sales discussions with clients to understand their digital marketing goals and challenges.
• Proposal Development: Create customized digital marketing proposals that align with clients' objectives and showcase the value of our services. Present proposals and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to key decision-makers.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services in the market.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers can apply or Minimum of 1-4 years of proven success in B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on digital marketing services. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices. Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and other digital channels.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business and upsell to existing clients.
• Result-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
