We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by connecting with clients directly and promoting our suite of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Identify and connect with potential clients in the assigned regions.

• Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

• Sales Growth:

• Convert leads into long-term, loyal clients.

• Meet or exceed sales targets by driving business development in the field.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to address concerns and deliver results.

• Strategic Sales Execution:

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Promote services like SEO, social media marketing, PPC, content creation, and more.

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Use client feedback and market insights to optimize sales approaches.

• Market Research:

• Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitive landscape.

• Identify opportunities for product and service improvements.

• Travel and On-Site Meetings:

• Conduct on-site meetings with clients to establish rapport and understand their needs.

• Regular travel across Maharashtra, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat as required.

• Qualifications and Skills:

•Education: •

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Postgraduates are welcome).

•Experience: •

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing sector.

•Technical Knowledge: •

• Familiarity with digital marketing services and platforms.

•Communication: •

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

•Other Requirements: •

• Own a laptop and personal vehicle (mandatory).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

•Preferred Skills: •

• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of marketing strategies, trends, and analytics.
