Strategy Development:
• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
2. Content Marketing:
• Create and optimize content for various digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, etc.).
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
3. Social Media Management:
• Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to enhance audience engagement.
4. SEO and SEM:
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic and users' engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
6. Budget Management:
• Allocate and manage digital marketing budget effectively.
• Estimate costs and set goals for digital marketing efforts.
7. Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to coordinate digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
8. Stay Updated:
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep ahead, including updates to Google's search algorithms.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing and managing campaigns.
• Solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
