# Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

Real estate, construction experience only

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions.

2. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Paid Advertising

1. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

2. Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns to reach key audiences and drive conversions.

3. Analyze ad performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Content Creation

1. Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms, email newsletters, and the company blog.

2. Develop content calendars and ensure consistent content publication.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content that aligns with business objectives.

Email Marketing

1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and nurture leads.

2. Manage email lists and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.

3. Analyze email performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Social Media

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

2. Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent content publication.

3. Analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting

1. Analyze website analytics and campaign performance data to inform future marketing decisions.

2. Develop and provide regular reporting on digital marketing performance.

3. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize digital marketing performance.

SEO

1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

2. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.

3. Analyze SEO performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
