Associate Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview: The Associate Digital Marketing Specialist (DM - L1) will focus on improving YouTube traffic and search engine rankings through SEO strategies. This role involves performance analysis, keyword research, video metadata optimization, and collaboration with content creators. The specialist should enhance their skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PPC campaign management, and SEO tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for YouTube.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize video metadata.
• Collaborate with content creators for SEO best practices.
• Utilize Google Analytics for insights on user behavior and video performance.
• Improve skills in Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and PPC management.
• Stay updated with YouTube SEO trends.
• Reoptimize old videos for better reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
