Profile Introduction:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and lead generation while also managing the sales process to convert leads into customers. This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise and sales acumen to achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
• Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
• Oversee the development and management of the company's website and ensure content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Implement lead generation tactics, including paid advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and landing page optimization.
• Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into sales, including email drip campaigns and follow-up strategies.
Profile Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications.
• Proven experience of 1-3 years in digital marketing and sales, with a track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and using various marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools
