Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. This role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies, as well as strong analytical and creative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• SEO and SEM Management:
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce relevant and engaging marketing materials.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website and campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on digital marketing performance.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Google AdWords.
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
