Description :Position Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing and media strategies for all Monster Energy Company brands across the markets to ensure that the Monster Energy brand culture is supported and actively represented in online, in the world of all things Monster Energy.Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and media strategies and campaigns, integrating both online and offline marketing efforts, for implementation across multiple markets
  • Own designated countries\' digital media strategy, digital plans, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and analysis. Manage and execute locally all Digital Marketing plans for all: paid social, organic social, ambassador/ streamera, promotions, customer, Monster girls, events, and content.
  • Oversee social management (organic and paid) of your assigned territories, creating and maintaining digital posting schedule and daily monitoring the external dialogue and image of Monster Energy brand in earned media including engagement as well as analyze quantitative and qualitative performance to incorporate any learnings in future plans
  • Establish KPIs and goals and manage the relationship with designated Digital Marketing agencies ensuring annual performance reviews conducted to improve agency performance and KPIs and goals managing athletes and ambassadors social media deliverables
  • Manage streamers digital content needs and deliverables, ensuring proper branding and monitoring analytics on earned and paid media.
  • Managing digital promotion execution and mechanics in line with HQ working with corporate graphics team for digital graphics request, supporting creation and maintenance of micro sites for all Monster brands and research emerging media opportunities
  • Creating localized content for your assigned territories website aligned with Events / Athletes / Ambassadors/ Streamers activities. Repurposing globally relevant content, product list maintenance and updating rosters
  • Execution of locally driven content projects that will live on digital platform, working with Brand Managers to ensure marketing goals and direction are reflected digitally for each brand and help define the overall e-commerce strategy and roadmap based on the needs of our Monster consumers and business objectives
  • Develop and drive the PR strategy & plan ensuring alignment to the overall marketing plan and business/market needs in your assigned territories and drive, develop and execute campaigns to increase relevancy and recognition for Monster Energy brand and products in the public field via earned media of any kind (classic media, digital media, influencers, interest groups, etc.)
  • Monthly and yearly reporting on channels, setting goals and KPIs for channels in line with HQ and Managing local social budget
Essential Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field. Digital Master, desired.
  • 5 years or more of experience in Marketing with a beverage, CPG lifestyle brand
  • 5 years or more of experience in Digital Marketing Communications and Public Relations
  • Advance user of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software is a plus (Air table/Click up).
  • Strong understanding of digital media, paid social media (including meta ads and google ads), tik tok ads, programmatic, and influencer marketing. Basic knowledge of traditional media
  • Fluent in English. Experience with lifestyle marketing, digital media, sponsorships, event marketing and influencers, deep understanding of social platforms and latest content style/trends.
