Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. They will play a significant role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor paid and organic digital campaigns across channels such as search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• SEO/SEM: Oversee the search engine marketing efforts, including keyword research, SEO audits, and ensuring content is optimized for search.
• Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand voice and appeals to the target audience.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement strategies across social media channels to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to guide decisions and improve results.
• Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze and enhance the customer journey to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated experience in using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and guide strategic decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on solving business challenges through digital initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development principles is a plus.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant marketing certifications.
